This website is designed, developed and maintained by
National Informatics Centre and content provided by Council of Higher Secondary
Education Manipur for the information to school authority. The information and
downloadable files in this website are for submission of student details to the
COHSEM only and do not purport to a legal document.
Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and
currency of the content on this Portal, the same should not be construed as a
statement of law or used for any legal purposes. NIC accepts
no responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or
otherwise, of the contents.In case of any ambiguity or doubts, users are advised
to verify / check with the COHSEM, and to obtain appropriate professional advice
before upload the data.
USER-ID AND PASSWORD:
- keep the User-id and Password totally confidential and not reveal them to any other person.
- Create a password of at least 8 characters long and
shall consist of a mix of alphabets, numbers and special characters which must
not relate to any readily accessible personal data such as the User's name,
address, date of birth, telephone number, vehicle number, driving license etc.
or easily guessable combination of letters and / or numbers
- Not disclose/reveal his/her personal or confidential
information to anyone over email/SMS/phone call even if its purportedly from
this site.

Our website does not automatically capture any specific
personal information from any user (like name, phone no. or e-mail address) that
allows this site to identify any user individually when users visit the site.
Users can register the site with revealing personal and school information. The
users are inactive mode, until the school authority contacts with COHSEM for
activation process. Only the activate users would allow to login the site.

This website records user’s visit and logs the following
information for statistical purposes –Username; IP address; the date and time
users access the site; the type of action and status which the users have
accessed.
